Update on 2026 April 19: The first General Meeting of AMPS took place on 2026 April 15 (Wednesday) in the Adams Auditorium and online (via zoom). A total of 93 members attended at least some part of the meeting. See below for a list of meeting documents and a meeting photo. NOTE: Some names have been redacted and some images have been obscured in the photo and meeting minutes below. The unredacted minutes can be made available to AMPS members upon request.

There will be a general meeting of members. Only AMPS members will be admitted, but if you qualify, you can sign up here ($2 membership fee required), or sign a paper card and pay the $2 membership fee at the door. Minutes and presentation details will be posted on this page following the meeting.

- Dues shall be levied on all employees in the bargaining unit, set to 1.5% of total wages paid from operating funds or restricted funds, including stipends. The dues structure shall be reviewed and reaffirmed by a vote of the membership at a General Meeting no later than September 2028.

Accessibility information for Adams Auditorium: from any floor of FDA, take elevator to floor 2, turn right and go to the end of the hallway to enter Adams auditorium. You’ll be at the top of the auditorium, with tables at which you can sit. The bottom of the auditorium is not accessible. We will use microphones and project on the large screen.
