MUNACA, the McGill University Non-Academic Certified Association, is currently in bargaining with McGill University. The six unions in the Confederation of Faculty Associations at McGill (COFAM), and several other campus unions, have signed an open letter in support of some of MUNACA’s demands. These include:
- A moratorium on layoffs, a real cut to executive pay, and a freeze on new executive hires.
- Full public disclosure of the NOUS Group / UniForum engagements.
- A cross-union seat at the tables on Horizon McGill (NOUS Group) implementation.
